Your All Inclusive Studio Membership

To better serve all of our students and clients, we offer an all-inclusive studio membership that allows us to focus on the development of our students’ musicianship as a whole rather than just during the time we see them each week.

Your tuition includes:

All learning materials/books/sheet music/repertoire/tracks needed for study of one instrument (saves you $100+ each year)
Optional performance opportunities several times a year
No recital/performance fees (saves you $100+ each year)
A teacher guaranteed to be present and prepared to teach 36 lessons (Sept – August, prorated based on when you enroll)
3 bonus lessons (This means if you need to cancel, for sickness, your vacations, last minute OOPS, there is no need for reschedules or make-ups. )
a reserved lesson time in the studio schedule, making scheduling easy
Unlimited email and text access between lessons for questions or help
Special "Members Only" savings other studio programs and events
Access to our client portal include online calendar, communication with your teacher, studio news, online resources and more.

Tuition

Our "studio year" runs from September through August.

You're enrolling in a membership that includes a teacher will be prepared and present to teach 36 lessons for you between September and August.

Some months may have more lessons, some months may have fewer but your tuition is always the same to make budgeting easier for you.

New students may enroll at any time of year and tuition will be prorated to reflect the portion of the year remaining.

You may elect a full pay option (Best Deal), quarterly or monthly installments.

Your first installment will be processed manually so we can prorate your tuition accordingly.

Future monthly installlments will be processed on the 26th of the month for the following month.

If at any point you choose to study more than one instrument during your lesson time, tuition will increase $10 monthly to cover learning materials for your second instrument.

Late Installments:
If the studio is unable to process your payment on the due date for any reason (an expired card or a declined transaction,) a $30 fee, in addition to any bank fees will be added to your balance due.

If your balance isn't taken care of within 5 days and, we haven't discussed a plan with you to take care of the balance, your membership will be cancelled and your spot made available to another client.

Should something come up where you can’t fulfill your financial commitment to lessons, advanced notice and open, ongoing communication is encouraged and appreciated. We will do our best to work with you!

You can terminate your membership at any time with 30 days notice. At that time we'll calculate how many lessons you've received of your 36 and what tuition is due in the final installment. There are no refunds.

Please be advised the actual tuition for your program may be less based on current specials or savings offered by the studio at the time of your enrollment.

Your customized tuition plan is set up manually by a member of our team to reflect those savings and your invoices will also reflect those savings.

I understand late payments will result in a $30 late fee being added to my account. I can terminate my studio membership at any time with 30 days notice. At that time the Studio will calculate how many lessons I've received and what tuition is due. Because tuition reserves my spot in my teacher's schedule I understand there are no refunds.

The Legal Stuff

As the legal parent or guardian, I understand that my child's participation in music lessons or off site events with Confident Voice Studio may expose him/her to unforeseen risk of personal injury, death or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily allowing my child to participate in all lessons and events and agree to assume any such risks.

I hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue Confident Voice Studio, its wonders, directors, agents, faculty or employees for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of or in connection with my child's participation in any lessons or events from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of Confident Voice Studio owners, staff or any other participants of Confident Voice Studio.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the School, I hereby agree, for my child, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless Confident Voice Studio from any and all claims, demands, actions or suits arising out of our in connection with my child's participation in any of the School's events.

I give Confident Voice Studio permission to authorize emergency medical personnel to carry out such emergency diagnostic and therapeutic procedure as may be necessary for my child, and also permit such treatment procedures to be carried out at, and by local hospitals for my child int he event of an emergency. I understand that any medical expenses will be billed directly to me or my insurance company.

I affirm that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by the term and conditions of this contract for music instruction through Confident Voice Studio. I fully understand that failure to abide by this contact will result in termination of this agreement and membership in the school will be revoked immediate. I have carefully read this release, hold harmless agreement not to sue, and fully understand its contents. I am aware that it is a full release of all liability and I agree freely.
